• One Entry for every $100 in service on your vehicle with Certified Car Care.
• Refer a friend to our friendly auto repair shop here in Upland and for every $100 of service, you each get an entry.
• Every 100 points on your Certified Car Care Rewards card, gets another entry.
• Attend our Customer Appreciation Day, receive 2 entries.
• Answer our trivia question within the newsletter, win another entry.

Rules: No purchase is necessary, but to be eligible to win the giveaway prize you must complete an entry form.  The odds of winning depend on the number of completed entry forms received.  The winner will be chosen in a random drawing of all entries received.  The winner will be notified by phone and/or in writing by December 20, 2008.  The prize is not transferrable or redeemable for cash.  Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.  No substitutions of the prize of equal or lesser value will be allowed, except in the case of a determination by Certified Car Care of unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or lesser value will be substituted.  You must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of the entry with a valid driver's license.  Acceptance of any prize constitutes consent to use the winner's names and likenesses.  The name of the winner will be posted on the Certified Car Care website  for a minimum of 30 days beginning no later than December 20, 2008.  All decisions are final.  Employees of Certified Car Care are not eligible to participate.  Drawing: December 15, 2008.
