1. The quality of parts and fluids used.  While many companies cut corners on the parts and fluids used to service their customer's vehicles, we don't.  Our goal when purchasing the parts for your vehicle is to select the quality that gives you the most dependability and peace of mind.
    
2. The expertise of the personnel.  Everyone in a quality auto repair business needs experience and expertise.  This ensures that the trouble is understood technically by the service advisor.  This helps the service technician diagnose the problem and recommend the right solutions.  The experience and expert technicians get the jobs done right and right the first time.
    
3. The right equipment, tools and troubleshooting resources.  Our staff has the right tools to help troubleshoot and then repair or service your vehicle right.  We certainly could cut corners in this area but we feel the customers suffer for that decision.

The bottom line on quality at Certified Transmissions & Car Care is that we don't cut the corners other shops might just to save a buck.  We do it right, we do it professionally and we care about doing it right and professionally.
